Mr JazziQ inks deal with Sony Music

Yano hitmaker, Tumelo Monyani popularly known as Mr JazziQ is “taking Amapiano to dance floors around the globe”.  Formerly one-half of acclaimed duo JazziDisciples, JazziQ developed an ear for music growing up around his families guests which included the likes of Black Coffee, Culoe De Song and Oskido and fulfilling a primary school dream he started DJing at 14 and producing at 16.

His star has risen in parallel with the ascent of the music and JazziQ is one of the scenes biggest and brightest stars.  His catalogue is riddled with fan favourites.

As Piano currently Africa’s biggest genre continues to dominate and the corporations come knocking, JazziQ moves onto the next chapter. The recent signing of a million-dollar deal with Sony Musc for his Black Is Brown Entertainment will support the label in its drive to access global markets.
