Biography
Based in Benoni East of Johannesburg South Africa, Ditjhaba is a teacher by day and Deep Obsession Recordings spinner by night. A music lover for as long as he can remember, House music came into his life in 2000, and art of the decks some years later. He started his dj life playing deep, jazzy and soulful house but his roots are firmly in Afrohouse, Ancestral and Tribal
A firm favourite at many a Jo’burg hotspot for his use of music to tell truly African tales, Ditjhaba holds a residency at Galaxy World in Carlton Centre Johannesburg. Having recently ventured into music production expect the unexpected from his brand ‘Africanism’
